I was raised in Laurinburg, NC resulting in my extensive knowledge of the area. I am married to an amazing husband and we have two children, along with three beautiful grandchildren. We attend East Laurinburg Pentecostal Holiness Church, where we both are extremely involved. Our family enjoys vacationing together and we always make it a priority to do so. Our favorite locations include: cruises, camping, the beach, Nascar races, and the mountains.
I began to work at Hasty Realty in 1991 and I soon found out that real estate was my passion. I work hard for all of my clients to ensure that their experience is positive. I am aware that all of the changes in the local market and banking industry have made buying, selling, or renting a house very challenging and my top priority is to help my clients’ make their dreams come true.
Throughout the duration of my real estate career, I have been a part of the Million Dollar Club since 1992 and the top salesperson in the area for four years. I have served as the President of the Laurinburg Board of Realtors and also the Treasurer. Additionally, I have my GRI and CRS certifications. I am currently licensed in North and South Carolina allowing me to serve a larger market. Outside of real estate, I value the community that I was raised in and I serve it in any way that I can. For many years I have volunteered with Red Cross and Laurinburg Parks and Recreation coaching girls in softball. I have been on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity for 13 years and I am currently on the Finance Committee. I served as the Co-Chairperson for the ELPHC Building Committee, a teacher for girls’ ministry and I am currently the Fund Raising Chairperson for women’s/girls ministry at the church.
Although I am a Laurinburg REALTOR, I am not restricted to the Scotland County area. I have broadened my horizons over the years and served people all over the state. Being so close to the beach, I do specialize in vacation homes as well. With almost 25 years in real estate and with my Scotland County upbringing, I have the adequate knowledge to assist you with your real estate needs and allow you to have a great experience along the way.
I have resided in Scotland County most of my life and raised both my children here. Marrying my husband, Joe Grant, has helped me establish a lifelong connection to Laurinburg and I have worked with Hasty Realty for 24 years. Being involved with the community is so important to me and I truly try to make our community better by serving on many boards and committees.
Buying and/or selling are such an important process and my clients are treated as family and well-taken care of. I believe in attention to detail and constant communication which will make your experience more stress free.
My business has been built through reputation and referrals from many satisfied clients, which develops trusting lifelong friendships and connections.

In today’s market, buyers and sellers require and deserve more. You deserve someone who is familiar with not only residential real estate, but land and commercial as well. I have always considered myself a great listener opposed to a talker and I believe that is perceived as an asset in the real estate world.
I look forward to working with you as we pursue your goal of selling or purchasing real estate in the Scotland County area.
As a REALTOR® I am known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all my clients. I have been a licensed “Real Estate Broker” since 1981. Throughout this time I have accomplished the following things: GRI designation 1982, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Buyers Agent, member of The Million Dollar Club every year since 1982. I feel communication, listening and honesty are a few of the key elements in a successful REALTOR. Buying and selling a home is very stressful and it is important for me to make sure my Client is getting the professional service they deserve.
